As the co-founder of the Nashville Bitcoin Meetup, Mills grew a thriving community of bitcoin enthusiasts and advocates in the city, fostering connections and education among local stakeholders and beyond. Mills then brought her expertise to Bitcoin Magazine, where she contributed to the publication's mission to educate and inform the bitcoin community before working with Pubkey, a pioneering bitcoin bar in NYC, helping to foster a vibrant local bitcoin community.

Mills has also partnered with Thank God for Bitcoin, a leading podcast and community focused on Bitcoin education and advocacy, further expanding her reach and impact in the space.

At the Bitcoin Policy Institute, Mills leverages her strong background in community building, outreach, and education to build bridges between the bitcoin community and the policy world, working to grow a sustainable bitcoin ecosystem and advance the Institute's mission to promote bitcoin adoption and understanding.
