Kreps

Sarah Kreps is the John L. Wetherill Professor, Director of the Tech Policy Institute, and Adjunct Professor of Law at Cornell University. She is also a non-resident senior fellow in the Brookings Institution's Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technology Initiative and the Cornell Johnson School of Business's Fintech Initiative. Sarah is the author of five books and dozens of academic articles, policy briefs, and op-eds at the intersection of emerging technologies, policy, and national security, including a number of articles on the national security implications of digital currencies and the political economy of security.  She has a BA from Harvard, MSc from Oxford, PhD from Georgetown, and served as active duty officer in the United States Air Force.
